The Town of Tradition: Overview
The Town of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida is a new master-planned, mixed-use community located in the heart of one of America's fastest growing regions - St. Lucie County - along Florida's Treasure Coast.
With prime interstate frontage and its own exit on I-95 (Exit 118 - Tradition Parkway/Gatlin Blvd.), Tradition is poised to become one of the nation's most successful and prestigious master planned communities. Tradition is an approved 2,515 acre Development of Regional Impact (DRI) permitted for more than 7,000 residences, 675,512 square-feet of retail, 1,295,567 square-feet of office space, a new 200-bed hospital and 300 hotel rooms.
The community is set to expand to eventually include more than 8,000 acres along a five-mile-long employment corridor, featuring 18,000 new residences and 8,000,000 square-feet of commercial space.
