The Target anchored Landing at Tradition is a 600,000 square foot power center on 79 acres located at the northwest corner of Interstate 95 and Tradition Parkway.

Tradition Town Center, being developed by Taubman Centers Inc., developers of the Mall at Wellington Green will be the Treasure Coast's Premier Regional Mall. Located at the northwest corner of Becker Road and I-95 on 220 acres, the mall will feature 1.4 Million s.f. of retail, 400,000 s.f. of office space, 250 hotel rooms, 900 residential units and is proposed to open in 2012.
The Florida Center for Innovation at Tradition is a +/- 120 acre site located at the southwest corner of Interstate 95 and Tradition Parkway. As proposed it will feature 400,00 s.f. of research and development, 100,000 s.f. of medical and office, 80,000 s.f. of restaurant and retail, a 300 bed hospital, and 300 hotel rooms.
