With the Publix anchored Tradition Square at 100% occupancy and an almost fully leased Landing at Tradition, our decision to develop Village Pointe is obvious.
Strong residential growth in St. Lucie County, despite the national slow down, warrants more retail and office development. The Town of Tradition, when fully built out, will consist of 18,500 residences.
Village Pointe, Core's latest project will be a Mixed Use development comprised of 400,000 sq. ft. of retail and 200,000 sq. ft. of office.
Village Pointe will also feature a 5,000 person capacity Civic Amphitheater that will become the new host to regional events and concerts sponsored by Core Communities.
