The Town of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida is a new master-planned, mixed-use community located in the heart of one of America's fastest growing regions - St. Lucie County - along Florida's Treasure Coast.

With prime interstate frontage and 3 of its own exits on 1-95 (Exit 118 - Tradition Parkway/Gatlin Blvd., Crosstown Parkway Exit 120 and Becker Road Exit 114), Tradition is poised to become one of the nation's most successful and prestigious master planned communities. Tradition is an approved 2,515 acre Development of Regional Impact (DRI) permitted for more than 7,000 residences, 675,512 square-feet of retail, 1,295,567 square-feet of office space, 300 hotel rooms, a new 300-bed hospital plan to open their first phase of 80 beds in 2014.

The community is set to expand to eventually include more than 8,000 acres along a five-milelong employment corridor, featuring 18,000 new residences and 8,000,000 square-feet of commercial space.
